Class Description

HQL is included

This Course is needed to apply for the MD Wear and Carry Permit. Students who qualify under Maryland’s Good and Substantial Reason will be able to obtain a permit to carry a handgun for Maryland State Police. Students will leave with an understanding of carrying procedures, legal issues, and the use of force.

 

Student Requirements:

- Students must bring a valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID to class with them for verification.

- Students must arrive on time and be present for the entire duration of the class. 

- Students must provide ammo for the range portion and the fee for range time.

- Shoot a qualification course of fire. 70% rating to qualify.
